After two years of exclusively digital events, the LS telcom Spectrum Summit conference was once again held at the company's headquarters in Lichtenau / Baden

LS telcom AG, the leading provider of solutions and services for the efficient use of spectrum, organized the Spectrum Summit conference 2023 at the end of June at its headquarters in Lichtenau, Germany. It was the 27th edition of the event that the company, which was founded in 1992, holds every year.

130 participants from 27 countries came to the Spectrum Summit in Lichtenau to discuss the latest trends and developments in spectrum management. The theme of this year's event was "Radio Spectrum: Accelerating Digital Transformation."

"In the last two years the conference was successfully held digitally but the personal interaction at an in person event is irreplaceable. Therefore, we are very happy to welcome our customers and partners again this year to our headquarters in Lichtenau." said Roland Götz, the COO of LS telcom AG, and he continued "the Spectrum Summit has grown into a hallmark event, attracting industry leaders, policymakers, and visionaries from around the world. It has become a platform where ideas converge, innovations flourish, and partnerships thrive.”

Radio frequencies play a central role in shaping the future of digital technologies. They are a key enabler of the rapid change currently taking place across all industries, enabling unprecedented connectivity and innovation. Participants at the event had the opportunity to gain insight into a wide range of topics, including 5G, dynamic spectrum management, licensing, and spectrum coordination, through informative presentations and stimulating discussions.

Renowned international speakers discussed topics such as maximizing the potential of dynamic spectrum management and the importance of clean spectrum as the basis for successful special events, such as sporting events. Participants had the opportunity to share valuable experiences on licensing, planning and implementation of 5G private wireless networks.

The LS telcom team also provided its guests with various demo stations, where they were able to test software developments and products for optimal spectrum use and efficient spectrum utilization by means of individual presentations and live demonstrations.
